Harvest Pork

2 pounds pork tenderloin
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp cumin or chili powder
2 tbs dark brown sugar
1 medium Granny Smith apple peeled, cored and chopped
1 medium sweet potato(es) peeled and chopped
1 medium red onion(s) chopped
4-5 small potatoes peeled and chopped

Mix together salt, pepper, cumin and brown sugar rub onto pork-loin

Toss everything in the crock pot on low 6 hrs
