White Bread

Ingredients for a 2-lb loaf:
1 1/2 c water
4 1/4 c bread flour
3 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs dry milk
1 1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tbs butter
2 Tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Select Basic Setting. Add ingredients to the pan according to the manufacturer's instructions. When baking cycle ends, remove bread and place on a rack. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
